Trotz schwieriger Hanglage und einigen nicht zugänglichen Bauteilen konnte das Haus aus den 60er Jahren mit einem HWB von 259kWh/m2a durch die Generalsanierung auf einen zeitgemäßen Standard von 46kWh/m2a gebracht werden.
